HOW VELDORA BOT ACCESS WORKS

Step 1 — Explore the Trading Bots

Review the available Expert Advisors and their individual profiles. Depending on the information available for each robot, its profile may include its trading logic, strategy description, risk information, screenshots, and historical performance statistics.

Step 2 — Choose Your Account Model

Choose between:

  • Self-funded live account: Participants contribute their own capital to a live trading account.

  • Prop firm account: The team uses an eligible funded-account program. The cost of obtaining access to the prop firm account is covered by the participating members, not by Veldora.

Each model has its own contribution, cost-sharing, and profit-distribution rules.

Step 3 — Join a Team

Teams consist of 2 to 10 elements, including Veldora Trading. A team therefore includes Veldora and its participating members.

The number of available participant positions depends on the team structure and the account arrangement.

Eligible participants may join more than one team, subject to availability and the applicable team rules.

Step 4 — Automated Trading

The selected Expert Advisors are generally installed and operated through MetaTrader on Veldora's servers or computers.

Each account must have at least one robot, and each team element may be assigned no more than one robot within that team.

Robot selection, account access, operating conditions, and applicable restrictions must be agreed before participation begins.

Step 5 — Profit Calculation and Distribution

Profit distribution depends on the account model.

For prop firm accounts, eligible EA creator fees are deducted first. The remaining profit is then divided equally among the team elements under the proposed model.

For self-funded live accounts, the participant distribution is proportional to each participant's contribution, after any agreed fees and applicable costs.

The final calculation must follow the written terms agreed for the specific team.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible to participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Complete the required identity verification (KYC).

  • Read and accept the applicable team rules and financial terms.

  • Understand that automated trading can result in financial losses.

  • Provide the required contribution or pay the applicable participation costs for your selected account model.

Participation is subject to eligibility, verification, team availability, and the applicable account provider's rules.

ACCOUNT MODELS

OPTION A — SELF-FUNDED LIVE ACCOUNT

Trade using participant-funded capital

In a self-funded live account, participants contribute their own capital to the account.

How contributions work

Participants may choose their contribution amount, subject to a minimum contribution equivalent to 10% of the total capital committed to that live account and any additional team requirements.

Each participant's share of the distributable participant profit is proportional to their contribution, rather than being divided equally per person.

Example

Suppose the total participant capital is $10,000:

  • Participant A contributes $5,000 (50%).

  • Participant B contributes $3,000 (30%).

  • Participant C contributes $2,000 (20%).

If the distributable participant profit is $1,000, and there are no additional fees or adjustments:

  • Participant A receives $500.

  • Participant B receives $300.

  • Participant C receives $200.

This example illustrates proportional distribution only. It does not represent a forecast or guarantee of profit.

Veldora's operating compensation

Veldora provides the technology, robot setup, infrastructure, and operational support for the team.

Any operating fee payable to Veldora must be disclosed and agreed before the account begins trading. The final live-account compensation model will be specified in the applicable team agreement.

Important: Contributions are exposed to trading risk. The value of the account can decrease, and participants may lose some or all of their invested capital.

OPTION B — PROP FIRM ACCOUNT

Participate in a team using a prop firm account

Under this model, the team uses an eligible prop firm account or funded-account program, subject to the provider's conditions.

The participating members cover the cost of purchasing or obtaining access to the prop firm account. Veldora does not contribute to that purchase cost.

How the prop firm cost is shared

The cost is divided among the participating members of the team. The exact amount payable by each participant is communicated before the team commits to the purchase.

Example: $200 prop firm account cost

A team has four elements:

  • Veldora Trading

  • Participant A

  • Participant B

  • Participant C

The prop firm account costs $200. The three participants cover the full cost, with Veldora contributing $0 toward the purchase.

The cost is divided as follows:

  • Participant A pays $66.67.

  • Participant B pays $66.67.

  • Participant C pays $66.66.

Total paid by participants: $200. Total paid by Veldora toward the purchase: $0.

The amount and payment allocation must be confirmed before the purchase is made.

How prop firm profits are distributed

Under the proposed model:

  1. The eligible creator fee is calculated for each EA based on the profit attributed to that EA.

  2. The creator fee is 10% of the profit generated by the relevant EA, where applicable under the team's terms.

  3. After creator fees and any other agreed deductions, the remaining profit is divided equally among the team elements, including Veldora Trading.

The prop firm provider's rules, payout conditions, restrictions, and any other applicable costs must also be respected.

Example: Profit distribution

Suppose a four-element team generates $5,000 in profit:

  • Veldora's EA generates $2,000.

  • Participant B's EA generates $3,000.

  • The creator fee is 10% of the profit attributed to each EA.

Creator fees:

  • Veldora receives $200 for its EA.

  • Participant B receives $300 for their EA.

  • Total creator fees: $500.

Remaining profit:

$5,000 − $500 = $4,500.

The remaining $4,500 is divided equally among the four team elements:

$4,500 ÷ 4 = $1,125 per element.

Illustrative final distribution:

  • Veldora Trading: $1,125 team share + $200 EA creator fee = $1,325.

  • Participant A: $1,125.

  • Participant B: $1,125 team share + $300 EA creator fee = $1,425.

  • Participant C: $1,125.

This example assumes all stated profit is eligible for distribution and excludes other possible costs or adjustments. It is an illustration of the proposed calculation method, not a promise of results.

THE EA CREATOR FEE

Get rewarded when your robot generates profit

Veldora Bot Access allows eligible EA creators to receive a creator fee when their robot is used within a participating team.

The proposed creator fee is 10% of the profit generated by the relevant EA, subject to the team's agreed terms and the applicable account rules.

For example, if an eligible EA generates $1,000 in attributable profit, the creator fee would be $100.

If another team uses your EA, you can still be entitled to the applicable 10% creator fee on the profit attributed to your robot, according to the agreed terms.

The creator fee is separate from any share a person may receive as a member of a team.

Important distinction

  • EA creator fee: Compensation for profit attributed to a specific robot.

  • Team profit share: A participant's share of the remaining distributable profit under that team's rules.

  • Veldora operating compensation: Any separately agreed compensation for infrastructure, technical operations, and system management.

These amounts must be calculated and disclosed separately to avoid confusion.

TRADING BOTS & EXPERT ADVISORS

Discover the robots behind the system

Every robot should have its own profile so that participants can understand its purpose, trading approach, and available performance information.

Each profile may include:

  • Robot name and version.

  • Strategy overview and trading logic.

  • Supported instruments and account conditions.

  • Risk information and relevant limitations.

  • Historical performance statistics, where available.

RISK DISCLOSURE

Understand the risks before participating

Trading financial markets involves risk. Automated trading systems can experience losing trades, drawdowns, technical failures, changing market conditions, and periods of poor performance.

There is no guarantee that an Expert Advisor will generate profit or that historical performance will continue.

For self-funded live accounts, participants may lose some or all of their invested capital.

Prop firm accounts are subject to the provider's rules, eligibility criteria, drawdown limits, payout conditions, and other restrictions. A team may fail to meet those conditions or may not receive a payout.

Any performance statistics displayed on this website should be interpreted in context. Backtested and simulated results are not the same as live trading results.

Participants should carefully review the risks, fees, account rules, and written agreements before participating. Each participant is responsible for their own tax obligations.

Veldora Bot Access should not be presented as a guaranteed-income opportunity. Participation should only be considered by people who understand the risks involved.

What is Veldoras Bot Access?

Veldoras Bot Access is a managed algorithmic trading marketplace. Instead of selling you raw code files or unverified software to install on your own PC, our platform hosts and runs battle-tested Expert Advisors (EAs) on our own secure, high-performance servers. You simply connect your trading account to our ecosystem, choose a proven strategy, and let our infrastructure handle the automated execution.

Do I need to buy a VPS or install complex software?

No. Because all trading bots run directly on our centrally managed servers, you do not need to purchase a Virtual Private Server (VPS), download MetaTrader files, or leave your computer running.

How are the trading statistics verified?

Because execution takes place entirely within our server environment rather than on an unmonitored local PC, every single trade lifecycle is tracked in real time. We record authentic tick-level execution, drawdowns, and win rates, giving you absolute transparency down to the pip. No manipulated backtests or hidden curves.

How do commissions and profit-sharing work?

Because the trade execution and lifecycle are completely overseen by our infrastructure, tracking is bulletproof. Commissions or performance-based fees are calculated and settled automatically through our platform backend at trade settlement—eliminating manual reporting, guesswork, or hidden discrepancies.
