1. The Veldora platform is a record-keeping and calculation tool only. It does not hold, receive, send, or custody any money, funds, or financial instruments on behalf of any user, team, or third party. All financial transactions, including settlement of profit-sharing amounts between team members, are conducted entirely outside the platform and are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

2. No investment advice, portfolio management, or collective investment services. Veldora does not provide investment advice, investment recommendations, portfolio management, collective investment scheme management, or any other service regulated under MiFID II, the AIFMD, or equivalent national laws. Nothing on this platform constitutes a personal recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. All profit-sharing calculations displayed on the platform are informational and do not create any legal obligation on the part of Veldora.

3. Each member is solely responsible for their own trading account. Members trade on their own individual MT5 accounts in their own names and at their own discretion. Veldora is not a party to any team arrangement, profit-sharing agreement, or EA licence between members. Veldora does not select, endorse, warrant, or guarantee the performance of any Expert Advisor (EA) displayed or referenced on the platform.

4. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Trading in financial instruments, including through automated systems (EAs), carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical performance data displayed on the platform is provided for informational purposes only and does not guarantee, predict, or forecast any future outcome.

5. No liability for losses or miscalculations. Veldora, its operators, and its affiliates accept no liability for any financial loss, trading loss, settlement dispute, calculation error, or consequential damage arising from the use of the platform or reliance on any information displayed on it. Members must independently verify all profit-sharing calculations before settling any amounts.

6. Forum and user-generated content. Content posted by users in the forum or elsewhere on the platform reflects the personal opinions of its authors and does not represent the views of Veldora. Veldora does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for user-generated content, including any trade ideas or EA performance claims. User-generated content does not constitute investment advice. Veldora reserves the right to remove any content that violates its Terms of Service or applicable law.

7. No regulatory authorisation. Veldora is not a licensed investment firm, fund manager, financial adviser, payment institution, or e-money institution. The platform is not authorised or supervised by CMVM, ESMA, the FCA, or any other financial regulatory authority. If the platform is operated in partnership with a regulated broker or prop firm, that entity is solely responsible for all regulatory compliance relating to the services it provides.

8. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept all risks described above. If you do not agree with this disclaimer, you must not use the platform.
